The unwavering focus of Woman’s Missionary Union (WMU) is making disciples of Jesus who live on mission.
WMU seeks to come alongside the church to accomplish the mission of God. God issued the mandate for us to be involved in missions through the Great Commission. Our desire is to see all ages energized and motivated and equipped for missions.
WMU meetings are the second Sunday of each month at 5pm.

We don't have a "dress code" for GSBC. You can come to church dressed as casual or as fancy as you want, in what feels comfortable and honors God.
Doctrinally, we are Southern Baptists, but we identify as followers of Jesus Christ. "The core of all we do is relating either to God or to our fellow man. Relationships are seen in how God deals with His people. God created us for Himself. Sin separated us from the Father. JESUS came to die for us to reconcile us back to the Father. By GRACE through FAITH, we receive the gift of reconciliation when we receive JESUS as our own personal Lord and Savior. Once reconciled to the Father, then we move to seek relationships with one another by loving our neighbor as ourselves." Brother Bill
